About Valenti

We built the agency we wanted to work with.

Valenti began after around 18 years spent on the client side: buying recruitment services, managing suppliers and seeing what poor hiring decisions really cost.

Built from the client side

Valenti didn’t start because we wanted to build another recruitment agency.

It started because, after years of using agencies as a client, we knew there had to be a better way to do it.

  • Too many CVs.
  • Too much chasing.
  • Too many people being pushed into roles that weren’t right.
  • Too much focus on filling the vacancy rather than getting the right result.

So Valenti was built around the things we wanted from a recruitment partner ourselves.

  • Good communication.
  • Honest conversations.
  • Relevant candidates.
  • And people who genuinely care whether the placement works out.

Strength in talent. Trust in partnership.

The people behind Valenti.

Victoria Hudson

Founder

After spending 18 years working client side and witnessing recruiters deliver inconsistent, impersonal, and overpriced services, I created Valenti to make recruitment genuinely personal, consultative, and focused on quality, because I was once the client who was burnt by poor hiring decisions.

Valenti was born not from investors, but out of frustration. I’d paid recruiters huge fees only to see the true cost of poor hiring: teams disrupted, performance lost, and good people let down. Now, I shield my clients from experiencing the same.

Our story is simple: better recruitment starts with genuine understanding, not guesswork. Our 18 years’ client-side experience means we know what you really need, and what you don’t.

Valenti Recruitment exists to help you build teams that last, because when the right people are in the right roles, everyone succeeds.

Katie, People & Operations Manager at Valenti

Katie

People & Operations Manager

Katie is the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes at Valenti.

As our People & Operations Manager, she supports both the team and the day-to-day running of the business, making sure things are organised, candidates are looked after and clients get the level of service they expect from us.

She has a calm, practical approach and is usually the one keeping everyone else on track when things get busy.

Katie also plays a big part in candidate support and resourcing, so whether it’s helping someone through the recruitment process, sorting the finer details or making sure nothing gets missed, she’s right in the middle of it.

Reliable, organised and very much one of those people every business needs, Katie helps keep Valenti running properly while the rest of us are probably creating more work for her.

Maryam at Valenti Recruitment

Maryam

Medical & Healthcare

One thing that makes Valenti Recruitment different is simple… Every one of our consultants has been the client.

Before moving into recruitment, Maryam spent many years in healthcare, running private clinics, building teams and relying on recruitment agencies herself. Like many employers, she experienced poor communication, unsuitable CVs and recruiters who didn’t truly understand what her business needed. That experience inspired her to do recruitment differently.

Today, Maryam recruits across our Medical & Healthcare division. Drawing on her firsthand experience, she’s building long-term partnerships with healthcare providers, private clinics and medical organisations, delivering a recruitment service that understands the sector from the client’s side of the desk.

At Valenti, we don’t just know recruitment… we know what it’s like to buy it. That’s the difference.

Hospitality

Hospitality recruitment is about so much more than filling vacancies.

Having worked in hospitality myself, I know first-hand how much the right person can impact a business.

Recruitment can sometimes feel very transactional – a vacancy, a CV, an interview and hopefully a placement.

For me, it should be much more personal than that.

I joined Valenti Recruitment because I wanted to take the experience I’ve gained in hospitality and use it to help businesses find people who genuinely fit their teams.

I understand the pressure of being short-staffed, the importance of getting the right manager in place, and how much a great team can influence the culture and success of a venue.

That’s why I’m passionate about building genuine relationships with clients, understanding what they need and making the right introductions.

From chefs and front-of-house professionals to management, sales and events – if you’re growing your team or looking to strengthen your business, I’d love to hear from you.

Hospitality is all about people. Recruitment should be too.

They understand my world.
